• Autographs are purchased at the convention at each celebrities table.

Child Admission Policy

• Children 6 & under: Free with paid adult admission. Limit 2 children per paid adult - General admission only.
• Children 7 - 11: $10 per day, or $25 for the weekend. General admission only.
• Child tickets are for general admission only and do not include Ultimate or special events.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING & TICKET PICK UP – PLEASE READ!

• Your tickets will NOT be mailed.
• Your tickets will be available for pick-up at the Flashback Convention Registration desk the weekend of the event.
• Be sure to bring a photo ID when you pick up your tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket order.
• You must have a Flashback Weekend convention admission to attend all convention events and photo-ops for the day of the event.
• Photo-op ticket holders must be on time at the scheduled time for the photo-ops.  Photo-ops cannot be re-scheduled.  No refunds for photo-ops you miss.
• No Refunds.
• Package contents are non-transferable.
• Schedule and celebrity guests are subject to change.
• All COVID-19 safety policies will be posted prior to the event and at the convention.
• We will follow the government safety protocols in effect at the time of the convention and reserve the right to implement additional safety guidelines based on the needs of celebrity guests.  
• Your ticket purchase signifies your understanding of the package contents and agreement to all terms and caveats noted including COVID-19 safety policies.

We suggest that everyone purchase their tickets in advance.   After your advance ticket purchase, you will be e-mailed a confirmation with a bar code which is scanned at the convention when you check in at the registration desk.  With no cash or credit cards being exchanged, advance sales will be contactless, safe, and easy!   In addition, you won’t have to worry about a sell-out. 

• Your ticket bar code will be e-mailed to the e-mail which you enter at the time of purchase, so please be sure to enter the correct e-mail address.
• You must bring the e-mail containing the bar code with you to the convention (on an electronic device or printed).  
• We will scan the bar code at our registration desk. 
• Non-refundable booking fees apply for advance ticket purchases.
• No refunds on advance ticket purchases.
• Ticket sale barcodes are only good for one scan.  Do not share your barcode with anyone else!  If someone else scans your barcode, it will not work for you and you will need to re-purchase ticket(s) for entry to the Convention.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU TO REDEEM YOUR ADVANCE TICKETS AT OUR REGISTRATION BOOTH
You must have your printed ticket with barcode or smart device that was used to purchase tickets so that the QR code can be scanned at the registration booth at time of entry. Be sure to bring a photo ID when you pick up your tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket order.

ULTIMATE PACKAGE – 2 TYPES – PLEASE READ!!!

Two types of Ultimate Packages will be sold.  Both will contain the same benefits with only one difference - each will contain a Robert Englund autograph line-up for a specific day, Friday (August 5, 2022) or Saturday (August 6, 2022).

• “The Ultimate Pass Robert Englund Friday line-up” - includes a line up for Robert Englund at a specific time on Friday August 5, 2022.
• “The Ultimate Pass Robert Englund Saturday line-up” - includes a line-up for Robert Englund at a specific time on Saturday August 6, 2022.  

This will allow Ultimate Pass holders to line-up at a specific time for Robert Englund’s autograph session on the specified day.  For Ultimates who cannot line up for Robert’s autograph on Friday or Saturday, we will schedule time when they can (TBA). Please note that there is a separate fee for Robert’s autograph. A Robert Englund autograph is not included. 

ROBERT ENGLUND APPEARANCE DETAILS

The Legendary Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger) will be appearing all three days! Following is information on his Celeb-Photo-Ops, Q & A, his signings, and Autograph Line-Up number distribution;

1 – Celeb Photo-Ops - This is the best way to document your memory with Robert Englund! If you purchase a Celeb Photo-Op with Robert Englund, you will receive a professional 8x10 of you and Robert Englund in front of the ELM STREET House. Group photos of Robert with other ELM STREET cast members are also available. Photo-Ops may also be purchased in advance or at the convention at the Celeb Photo-Ops table (cash only), based on availability. Robert will wear the glove for all photo-ops. This 1428 ELM STREET House is an AMAZING set!

2 – Robert Englund Q & A – Robert Englund will be Live On Stage for his Q & A Friday Aug. 5. Convention remarks start at 7:45PM, followed by his Q & A. Robert Englund is a wonderful story-teller, and his Q & A’s are legendary. While seating is limited to capacity (General seating is first come-first seated), we have a very large Q & A room with hundreds of seats!

3 – Robert Englund Autographs – Following are a few frequently asked questions about Robert Englund autograph policies;

• Q. Will I be able to purchase Robert Englund’s autograph if I purchase a Weekend or a Single Day pass?
  A. Some general attendees (weekend or single day passes) will have the opportunity to get in line for Robert Englund's autograph on a first come[1]first serve basis each day. At some point, the line for weekend and single day pass holders to get Robert's autograph will be capped. Please note that if a celebrity guest has long autograph lines, it may not be possible for the celebrity to sign autographs for every fan who wants to meet them. Convention ticket refunds will not be given in this case. We ask that everyone attend for the entire convention experience, not just one celebrity guest.
• Q. Is there a limit on the number of autographs I may receive from Robert?
  A. There is a limit of two autographs per visit to his autograph table.
• Q. May I take a photo with Robert Englund at his table?
  A. Sorry, no. Please note that table photos with Robert Englund are not available. Celeb Photo-Ops are the only way to have a photo taken with Robert. Photo-Ops may be purchased in advance or at the convention at the Celeb Photo-Ops table (cash only), based on availability.

4 – Autograph Line-up number distribution times:

• Fri. at 2:50pm
• Sat. at 9:50am
• Sun. at 10:50am

These are the times each day that Robert Englund Autograph line-up numbers will be distributed to Weekend and Single Day ticket holders. We will distribute the line-up tickets BEFORE we let the line for the Weekend and single day ticket holders into the convention. We will distribute the line-up numbers to the Weekend and Single Day ticket holders waiting in line for entrance into the vendor room (check our schedule for event hours). We will tell the line-up number holders the time they can come back to get in the autograph line. We will distribute a set number of line-up tickets each day. Not everyone waiting in line to get into the convention will receive a line-up number. A few important notes:

• One (1) line-up ticket per family (we will not distribute numbers to young children or babies ).
• Line-up ticket does not guarantee an autograph - it only guarantees a place in line.
• Line up ticket does not include price of an autograph. Autographs must be purchased separately at the celebrity’s table (cash only).
• This ticket has no cash value.

Single Day Advance Tickets available

• Saturday Advance $40.00- Saturday convention admission and general convention activities. 
• Sunday Advance $35.00 – Sunday convention admission and general convention activities.

Celeb Photo Ops
Professional Photo Ops for will be available for purchase from Celeb Photo Ops soon. A photo op ticket is not a ticket to the convention. Flashback Weekend convention ticket is required to participate in Photo Ops.

Important Caveats

• Celebrity appearances are subject to change. 
• Please come to Flashback Weekend for the entire convention, not just one celebrity guest.
• Activities, package contents, special events, ticket prices, and schedule subject to change.
• Flashback Weekend reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee. Package contents are non-transferrable.
• Celebrity guests appear at Flashback Weekend under an exclusive arrangement.  No interviews or filming of the celebrity guests without the express written consent of Flashback Weekend (Kerz Productions, Inc.).
• Photos, video recordings, etc. taken at Flashback Weekend are for personal use only.  No license whatsoever is granted for commercial use of any likeness or image. All images & recordings taken at Flashback Weekend are the sole property of Flashback Weekend (Kerz Productions, Inc.) and cannot be used for any non-private publication without the express written consent of Kerz Productions, Inc.
• Flashback Weekend attendees grant permission to Flashback Weekend (Kerz Productions, Inc.) to utilize their image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video or other display, transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event.
• Please respect the personal space of the celebrities at all times. Autographs and photos are allowed during scheduled official sessions only.
• All COVID-19 safety policies will be posted prior to the event and at the convention.
• We will follow the government safety protocols in effect at the time of the convention and reserve the right to implement additional safety guidelines based on the needs of celebrity guests.  
• All Flashback Weekend attendees agree to follow all COVID-19 safety policies.
• Your presence at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago and Flashback Weekend signifies your understanding and agreement to all terms and caveats noted.
